Dr. Mahesh Bihari Lal Saxena was born on 20th August 1932 in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India.

He completed his M.Sc., Ph.D. from Aligarh Muslim University and was a retired Agricultural Scientist of repute. He had worked as a Scientist for the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi and as the Head and Principal Scientist for Central Arid Zone Research Institute, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Researches conducted by him have resulted in the development of improved varieties of plants.

During his lifetime, he had published 49 publications which include research papers, technical papers, popular articles, books-chapters and bulletins on Agriculture.

Dr. Saxena holds a diploma, DHMB (Gold Medallist) and RMP (Registered Medical Practitioner) in Homeopathy and had deep knowledge of the Biochemic system of medicine. He had been practicing Homeopathy and Biochemic system of treatment even during his period of service. After his retirement, he became totally devoted to these two fields. His classic system of treatment had earned him high acclaim and accolades from the public.

To disseminate his experience in healing and popularizing Homeopathic treatment, he had written 8 books and the last one being “Homeopathic aur Biochemic Chikitsa” published in 2014. He had also contributed articles on Homeopathy of National and International Homeopathic Congress and Seminars.

Dr. Saxena was an associate life member of Asian Homeopathic League, New Delhi and International Homeopathic Medical Foundation, Kolkata. He had been honored by Jodhpur Homeopathic Association for his service to Homeopathy and was awarded Gold Medal on the occasion of International Seminar on World Peace, for his health and healing services by Indian Board of Education and Research in association with two other organizations.

Thanks to Dr. Samuel Hahnemann and his system of homeopathic treatment, Dr. M.B.L. Saxena had been very successful in curing chronic diseases of patients. During his career as a medical practitioner, he had always tried to provide guidance and treatment to whosoever came to him with ailment and suffering.
